Our mid-term goal is to establish a profitable and sustainable real estate portfolio for our shareholders and partners.
To attain this goal, our company purchases, refurbishes, rents and sells properties. The properties are located in pleasant residential areas, in newly built or renovated buildings with comfort level above the average or luxurious.
We develop also greenfield project, one example: www.villaresidence.hu.
Our strict selection of the projects and our expertise for the construction enables us to obtain great results on the long term.
This guarantees liquidity and enables the company to re-purchase further assets and to select our tenants.
The company was established in 2011.
At the moment we did about one hundred operations and manage about 50 properties.

The company is managed by Louis Jérome Villa.
Louis Jerome Villa is managing partner, in charge of financial arrangements, purchase, letting and selling of property.
Louis Jérome Villa obtained a degree from the Business School in Tours, France, held various posts at mass distribution outlets in Hungary and Romania.
He co-founded MGV Distri-Hiper SA, the Auchan franchise in Romania.
Szilvia Schindler is the technical director of the company in charge of construction, design and renovation of properties.
Szilvia Schindler obtained her degree at the Budapest Polytechnics School. She was employed at various large construction companies where she specialized in the Neo-Classical building style of Budapest.
