Louis Jérôme Villa is the managing partner of the company. He is specifically responsible for financial structuring, purchasing, rental and the sale of real estate.
Louis Jerome Villa graduated from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Tours and spent 15 years in various roles in large-scale retail in Hungary and Romania. He is notably co-founder of MGV Distri Hiper SA, master franchisee of Auchan in Romania. Today his main occupation is Evergy Kft., which specializes in the sale of electric chargers for co-ownership properties.
